They were quick, got someone here in about an hour. He was able to check warranty for me and luckily I got a warranty trade off, so only had to pay for labor and the new piping they had to do. A year before they fixed my ac on one of the hottest days of 2024. My ac was 20 years old. It failed again this year. Jesse L put a motor in. My unit killed the motor and would keep failing. Jesse tried to fix it. It was not happening. He got me set up with a great unit he did not try and upsell stuff I did not need. The price was great. The money I put into the old unit went to the new. When I was ready to get the new unit elite was there the next morning getting it done. The install team was awesome. Crane operator was on point. Jesse L made it happen. He came out more than once to make sure my family was ok. If you have an ac issue elite is fair and will take care of you.

If I could give Elite a 10 out of 10, I would. I called Elite because our upstairs is staying very hot. I set our thermostat at 78° but the upstairs is still showing 84°. We noticed a weird smell the other day that smell like it could be chemicals or coolant. I did let my landlord know, but because she sent somebody out twice already she didn’t want to send them out a third time. I called Elite because I knew something was just not right with the unit and into our surprise there is something wrong. The gentlemen that came were very polite, on time and told us exactly what the issue is. I would highly recommend Elite Heating and cooling services and plumbing services. Thank you so much for coming out and letting us know what the problem is.

Friday at 3:45 I realize the air-conditioning isn't working and we are in the 100's.I called the office and it was a busy day and the timing didn't work, I was leaving town in the morning. Addendum: Elite came today to do routine maintenance on my A/C unit. The tech, Richard M, arrived on time, and performed a comprehensive system check and cleaned the condenser. He recommended I get a mesh cover to prevent pine needles and leaves from entering the A/C unit. I was pleased with the service, and decided to join Elite’s yearly maintenance program, which includes an A/C and heating inspection and plumbing/hot water heater flush.Earlier post from Feb 2025: This is my first experience with Elite. I decided to have them inspect my furnace after hearing positive things about their company from friends and neighbors. My tech Cristi arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of my unit. I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. It was an overall good experience. I was told I have no current issues with my furnace. I will use Elite again in the spring to check my AC unit.

Company is awesome! Alan came on Thursday (two other companies for quotes), he explained cost, benefits and procedures in a polite and professional manner. On Saturday they came to do the install, they showed up on time, very polite and personable, got everything done in about 3 hours then showed me how everything worked. They actually arrived a little earlier than we expected them, ready and equipped to replace our broken water heater and to do routine maintenance on our heating/air conditioning systen (which was very old equipment. When they found serious problems developing with the a/c system (which didn't surprise us), they offered new , more efficient equipment at very reasonable prices. The tear-out & installation were done quickly & professionally because they were well staffed and well-equipped. And they left everythin clean! No trash left behind. Gave me some good advice how to keep our A/C unit clean and operating efficiently.
