Cristy is amazing, She came out to do my spring check on the air conditioning. I asked her about a problem I had with the heat constantly coming on. Cristy is super knowledgeable, professional, explained things very well. I had a problem with heat always being on in one room, she found that The damper that goes to large bedroom, was not wired. She wired it to the zone And found that it had originally been wired to the other bedroom zone instead of to the correct side of the house. So she fixed it she is outstanding. Our service tech, Ken, always looks out for my family. Elite remembers to book our regular checks, even when I forget and they’re so easy to work with. Can’t say enough good stuff. They just rock!ADDED: Our AC unit has finally decided to die, in a record breaking heat wave - on a SUNDAY!!! The Elite team showed up ready to help. Our ew compressor was ordered immediately and less than 12 hours later is being installed. They even sent us Ken! There was no added Sunday fee, there was no arguing, no nothing except for just being there when we need them. These folks are dependable and helpful.ADDED: No one wants to deal with this kind of stuff, but Elite makes it easy. Our most recent tech, Anthony, was patient, clear and helpful. Had a heating system failure. Called Elite for a service call 9 am on a Sunday. They had a tech at my home in 2 hours, diagnosed the issue as a carbon monoxide leak. Unit was 30 years old, needed to be replaced. Not really a surprise. Provided a rough quote on the spot.Followed up with the office Monday morning, got a firm quote, gave the go ahead @ 9:30 am.Crew arrived with a new system at noon. System replaced, online, carpets vacuumed, trash gone, house warmed up by 5PM.Stopped by the next day to follow up, no issues.No drama, no delays. They did what they committed to, and got it done fast while respecting my home. Great job.

Technician was on time he was able to fix the timing belt on my Honda. The toilet was clogged so he went to town on it. Overall great service. I just wish he had fixed my ac as well. I do want to add that he came in without knocking and caught me with me knickers down. Boy was that embarrassing!
