Have dealt with this company for many years. Most recent was replacing the the water pressure regulator, the piece that wines, groans and whistles when it’s broke. They came that same day since I called early morning. The plumber was professional, thorough and friendly. Very reasonable prices. Previous Service was repair of water heater, fixed without replacing and no upsells, gave helpful advice, also they do seasonal checks on the air/heating system. Excellent Service, very informative, checked all filters, thermostat, thermal and air conditioner units and fuse. Office personnel are pleasant and efficient over the phone. We had our 20 year HVAC die on us. Apparently the compressor died and we needed to upgrade entire system because of the refrigerant type (R22). We did get 4 estimates and while a couple were outrageous Elite came in as one of lowest and we really connected with them. The work was scheduled for next day and went smoothly. Our system works great and we are grateful for the quick turnaround.

Jesus came out to do a plumbing inspection. He was professional and friendly. He addressed issues I was having with low water flow out of a couple sink faucets. He had to crawl under the sinks to get to the problem. Everything he had to remove from under the sink he put back and left everything clean and dry just as he found it. During the inspection, he found and fixed a slow drain in my guest bath tub that I forgot about. He then flushed my water heater and recommended services to extend the life of the heater. He answered every question I had with a smile.I purchased a new hvac unit several years ago. Every employee I've encountered have been incredible. I can't say enough good things about Elite. Update a couple years after posting original review: I continue to use Elite. Still, every tech and customer service personnel I’ve spoken to have been very professional, courteous, and just a pleasure to deal with. My AC was making unusual noises and they came out same day. Alex found the problem right away (minor issue) and said he’ll also check the compressor just to make sure it was still functioning properly. All was working well. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. That’s why I love Elite. They’re honest and priced reasonably. I can’t say enough good things about every person who works for Elite.

I had Elite service my rental properties AC units last year and they did a pretty good job so I had them service them again this year. The Elite tech told me one of my AC units was leaking Freon and est cost $1,000 to fix it. He only checked the condenser fan current, but did not wash the condenser coils nor did he inspect the fan blower in the attic. And I never received a final inspection report for Elite.This was very surprising as in the past all the AC techs as part of the contract AC service did all of cleaning and inspection listed above. And I always got a final inspection report.So, I got another AC company to inspect the same AC units and they said the Freon pressure was fine. No Leaks! Needless to say I cancelled my contract with Elite and found a more reliable HVAC company. Also, when I mentioned the poor quality of service of their tech they didn't seem to care.Bottom line, no matter how good the HVAC company 'online ratings' are, if they quote you an expensive AC repair- always get a second opinion! I'm starting to believe that its the quality of the tech that happens to service your HVAC units as to the quality of service you receive...

I gave one star for the purpose of making an appointment. Told they would be out between 10 and 12, waited till 4pm no show or call. I have one day off and wasting it waiting on a plumber is absurd. So if you want to give them a try cause they have 5 stars go ahead, thats why I tried them. But after this, I stick with my 1 star experience and take my business elsewhere.

After looking at the system, the tech said bad news. We starteted at a $1200 repair then jumped to 2900 then replace the system at 7600 but mine would run 9600 and the 700 more for warrenty.all in 15 minutes.

They are just trained salesman not actual repairman! I have been a customer of Elite for over 10 years. I bought two AC units from them brand new and I’ve had them maintenance those two units for the last 10 years. I’ve had numerous issues with one of the units, keeps freezing the coils and has had several leaks . They’ve always replaced a part or supposedly fixed it because it was under warranty. Never once did they mention in the 10 years that it could be leaking in the walls until now, that it’s out of warranty. The owner actually called me and said they would stand behind their work unless it was in the walls which in less than 30 minutes of ”investigation“ they of course said it’s in the walls. Have not heard from them since they just left my A/C dismantled and have not contacted me with a quote or paperwork or anything. They are just after your money not really trying to fix anything just bandaid it to get through the summer then try to get more money out of you. I would find another company to use Elite will not actually fix anything you will keep having the same problems with them.

tech walked in I showed him the leak I had in the slab which I had cut out the concrete for access within 5 seconds said he can't do the repair and motioned with his hand a 5 foot circle of concrete he wanted removed so he could make the repair I said he could leave so upon his exit he felt it necessary to slam my security door hard enough to get it jambed , So i Went to HD bought what was needed and made the repairs myself took a total of 1-1/2 hours including the trip to HD. The teck they sent is afraid of a little hard work and challenge . stay clear is my only recommendation.

Technician was on time he was able to fix the timing belt on my Honda. The toilet was clogged so he went to town on it. Overall great service. I just wish he had fixed my ac as well. I do want to add that he came in without knocking and caught me with me knickers down. Boy was that embarrassing!
