Service Call 9/14/2026: I noticed water today leaking from my almost new (May 2026) AC unit. Since my system is under warranty I called Elite and they were able to send out technicians this afternoon which I very much appreciated. Jairo and Alan arrived ahead of schedule and quickly diagnosed the problem as a blocked condensation drain on the outside of my house. It took them some time to locate the drain which was covered over (buried) with rocks and was adjacent to the drain for the hot water heater. They were able to unblock the drain and noted all AC units require a way for water to drain. What surprised me is that this issue was NOT addressed when my new unit was recently installed nor during semi annual checks by Elite on my system or when a tech came out after the AC installation when there was an issue with the thermostat. It seems to me ensuring the condensation drain is able to drain should be part of any/all AC or hot water heater system maintenance being done. Luckily I noticed the leak quickly and Elite got here the same day before any damage was done to my system.I appreciated that Jairo took the time to explain what I need to do to keep the area unblocked (dig a deeper hole and line it with bricks). He also ensured the switch was dry and made some other tweaks to the wiring in my unit.Previous Reviews from 2025:Addendum: Elite came today to do routine maintenance on my A/C unit. The tech, Richard M, arrived on time, and performed a comprehensive system check and cleaned the condenser. He recommended I get a mesh cover to prevent pine needles and leaves from entering the A/C unit. I was pleased with the service, and decided to join Elite’s yearly maintenance program, which includes an A/C and heating inspection and plumbing/hot water heater flush.Earlier post from Feb 2025: This is my first experience with Elite. I decided to have them inspect my furnace after hearing positive things about their company from friends and neighbors. My tech Cristi arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of my unit. I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. It was an overall good experience. I was told I have no current issues with my furnace. I will use Elite again in the spring to check my AC unit.

I appreciate the Gold plan that gives me 2 HVAC preventative maintenance and 1 plumbing maintenance visits in addition to a discount and priority service for anything else that arises.Follow up: I was changing my air filter and felt that it was wet. I never experienced this before and noticed some standing water that seemed odd. I called Elite and got a same day appointment. Jesse politely explained that it was normal and removed a panel to make sure everything else was normal, too. I renewed my membership which was due and he waived the service fee. He was also great with my dog :)I always recommend Elite.

Had an experienced installer (Richard) provide an estimate and options for a 2-system HVAC replacement at a date TBD. Richard was thorough and patient with explaining the details and choices. There was no pressure, and Richard's friendly, honest approach was clear and refreshing. Pricing is competitive too. Still doing my homework and diligence, but Elite currently at the top of my list.

I've been an Elite Customer for years, and I recently had some deck and pool renovation/repair work done. The slot drains in our deck were clogged with years of debris and needed to be cleaned out before our contractor could finish the work. I didn't know who else to call, so I called Elite. I was given a $1600 repair estimate by a different plumbing company (not Elite) and made to wait several days while they had parts delivered…all while my shower head leaked constantly. They also told me I needed a new water softener and tried to sell me a $6,000 one. They ALSO said they’d need to open a wall to do the repair.My realtor suggested I get a second opinion and recommended Elite plumbing to me. The plumber, Jesus, was able to complete the repair without opening a wall, did it the following day, tested my water softener and said it was fine, but needed salt added (which he kindly did for me after I bought more salt), all for under $500. I HIGHLY recommend this company, as they saved me from falling for the gouging of another predatory plumbing company.
