So it’s Christmas Day and our water heater busts. One call to Elite and both Jesus and Nick were here in one hour. They assessed the problem and immediately fixed everything. They replaced our water heater and made sure that everything was operating perfectly. This is our second year using Elite and they are amazing. They have installed our new heater, our new AC, and now our water heater. They are always able to help. When’s the last time you had someone show up early? Woke up on today (a Saturday no less) to a flooded garage due to another water heater failure. We’ve moved here in ’89 and we have been replacing water heaters every 5 years ever since. We called Elite at 9 and here it is less than 5 hours later and we have hot water again. He’s my smart friend.I’m so grateful. 24 hours after we got in touch with Alan and Elite - our problem was solved.An Army showed up. The took out the old system, disposed of it, and installed the new system in 8 hours.Simply amazing.The team was polite, professional, and they worked clean. Oh yeah: and now I have a chance to battle our first Las Vegas summer with brand new tools. I was given a $1600 repair estimate by a different plumbing company (not Elite) and made to wait several days while they had parts delivered…all while my shower head leaked constantly. They also told me I needed a new water softener and tried to sell me a $6,000 one. They ALSO said they’d need to open a wall to do the repair.My realtor suggested I get a second opinion and recommended Elite plumbing to me. The plumber, Jesus, was able to complete the repair without opening a wall, did it the following day, tested my water softener and said it was fine, but needed salt added (which he kindly did for me after I bought more salt), all for under $500. I HIGHLY recommend this company, as they saved me from falling for the gouging of another predatory plumbing company.

I would have given Elite HVAC a 5-STAR rating based on my initial interface with their Sr. Service Technician--Vince D. The Elite installers (team of 3) on the other hand were somewhat careless in dragging the new and old air ducts in and out of my house to/from the attic. Rather than protecting the corners of my white walls, they ignored using corner cones on the floor and clear sheet plastic taped on the upper wall corners. Hence, I had to pay to have these corners scrubbed clean the day after they left.

This company needs to better train their techs. To quote a whole new AC unit after it being 6 years old is bad. Had two other AC companies come out and look at it and one even mentioned this company suggesting a new AC unit after 6 years is insulting. Will not be using this company going forward.

This is my personal experience and my opinion only with this firm.Your results may or may not differ.This firm came to my home 11/24/25 for preventative maintenance for my two HVAC split systems. The Sr. Service Technician, Vince Dizon, informed me that I have collapsing and deteriorating air ducts and this needs to be repaired/replaced ASAP! He provided a written estimate for repairs with a total price of $4,520.00! He wanted me to schedule it for the next day, not providing my time for another bid for the job! Really! Since that time, I've had two competitive "bids" to replace the duct system. I was told by BOTH licensed contractors that there is NO NEED TO REPLACE ANYTHING. One firm told me that he fixed a small leak in the system with a small piece of tape and there will be no charge for that. The other licensed contractor told me that no repairs are needed and nothing has collapsed!It it my personal opinion, that if I trusted Elite Plumbing and A/C represented by Vince Dizon, I would have been a victim of contractor fraud! Just my personal opinion based my my experience.I would never use, refer, recommend or allow anyone from this firm in my home again for any reason! I feel lucky that I was not defrauded out of $4,520.00! Don't allow yourself to be victimized!

EliteWe have used Elite for several years for our summer and winter tuneups but no longer have any faith in this company.Approximately May 2024, during our spring tune up, we were told that one of our air conditioning units was not performing well and it was likely to stop working completely. If we replaced the AC unit only, it would not give us the full warranty, but, if we chose to replace the furnace at the same time it would give us the full warranty. We were offered interest free terms, so we went ahead with the replacement.At the Fall 2025 tune up we were told that our duct work needed a lot of work and in addition our 2nd system now should be replaced. This time we became suspicious as it sounded very much like the previous report. We did what we should have the last time and got a second opinion from two different companies.Both companies gave us the same report. The unit was working as it should and “DID NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED”. Both said the duct work need minor attention and we used one of the companies to do this. We won’t use Elite again . Many other better choices are available
