Had two great service techs out today (Vince D and Jesus M) as part of my contract. Both service techs were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Had my heater serviced, preventive maintenance on my water heater and plumbing inspected. Elite is a great company, I’ve been using them for many years.
I have been using for over 10 years and have been very happy with them. My water heater broke today and they managed to add me to schedule to repair today.
As always Elite's tech Vince is fast on A/C inspection and helpful with info on the unit.

Today I had my yearly check up on my AC system. My tech was polite, presented himself well, his appearance was clean & professional. He was very helpful with information & was able to answer questions. Also, he came in wearing a filtered mask which made me feel very good.

Very happy I went wth Elite. In spite of the sad news that I had to replace my system (it was the original system that was installed when the house was built in 1998), I was extremely pleased with their service! Vince my technician was great... took time to explain the issues, showed me photos of the problem areas, and explained options. The price was fair, and I had a new system installed the very next day. The installers took great care in protecting my floors and area that might be exposed to the dirt and dust during installation. And they were timely, communicative, and on time for both the initial visit and the install. I have no hesitation recommending Elite!
Our service guy was Vince and he was awesome. He was here on time and explained everything thoroughly step by step. He was very methodical and cleaned up his work area after he finished. Vince provided us with a detailed report that included before and after pictures of our serviced a/c unit. Technician Jesse was prompt and courteous. He replaced my air filters (with my new filters) as part of the service. He took photos of my duct system and igniter plug to show existing wear and dust buildup that should need attention in the future. I'd highly recommend their service to others

Elite installed a new HVAC system 3 years ago. They have been professional and responsive.
Jesse explained what he was doing the entire process. He came into the house to review the filter location, thermostats and vent location. I expressed an additional concern about having two units, and temperature differences. He shoes me what he thought would be a good fix for this problem. More to come!
ELITE DAMAGED MY PROPERTY AND THEY ARE NOT MAKING GOOD ON REPAIRS. GREAT WAY TO TREAT A DISABLED GULF WAR VETERAN OR ANY OTHER CUSTOMER. THANKS ELITE! We’ve been doing business with Elite for about 8 years with no problems. We had our attic heating and air conditioning ductwork replaced and one of their installers ran into our sliding screen door damaging it beyond repair and another worker dropped and broke our smoke detector.The two problems I have with this are they ordered us a new smoke detector rather than just buying us a replacement the same day from any local retailer. So 8 days on and still no smoke detector.They bought us a new screen door but they don’t know how to install it so again, 8 days later and we have a lovely door that will not slide back and forth so we can’t use it.Really, 8 days and counting. I just don’t get it….UPDATEOk, it’s been two weeks now and on Friday (Nov 7th) two men showed up (not professional door installers) and “rigged” the door to slide back and forth. However it’s not the right door and creepy crawlies can get past it so we still can’t use the door. Still no word from Elite as to what’s going on with the door or when it might get fixed.Also our safety is not a concern because it’s been two weeks since they broke our smoke detector and no word what they are doing about that. I’m a disabled gulf war veteran and the extra time I would get from that detector might make the difference about me getting out of the house.Well, there you go, just my two cents and another $8K for ductwork.You DON’T always get what you pay for.
On March 13, 2025, Elite Heating & AC installed a new 5-ton HVAC unit on our roof. They also did some duct work for a total of $11.2K. That same day, they emailed proof of product registration with the manufacturer to us. The registration was necessary to start the 10-year warranty and showed the model and serial number.August 14, 2025, we called Elite to let them know the new AC was no longer blowing cold air. They came out and said the coil and some other component needed to be replaced. This was very surprising for a 5-month-old HVAC unit. So, we waited for Elite to come back and replace the defective parts. After waiting a few days, we had to call Elite to ask when they were planning on getting the AC up and running. They said they were waiting for parts and would get back to us once they arrived. Two weeks later, we still hadn't heard from them, so we called again. We were told they had to check with the technician to see what was going on and would call back. Another 2 weeks went by, and no word from Elite, so we called again. This time we were told the parts arrived damaged and were bow placed on back order. We were surprised no one at Elite bothered to give us this update. When we spoke with the "service manager," he said he would look into everything and call us back on Monday. Monday came and went with no word from him. We called them again and again and were given the same run around each time. "We need to check with the manufacturer, or check with the technician, etc., and get back to you. We called again, and they said since the parts are taking so long, we've decided to replace the defective HVAC unit completely.September 30, 2025, Elite came out and replaced the HVAC unit with a "new" unit. This time, we did not receive any proof of product registration. We did not know the model and serial number of the new unit they put on our roof, so, as it stands, it looks like we no longer have a 10-year warranty.Tired of their games and bad customer service, we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which was what finally prompted them to come out and replace the unit. We asked for the proof of registration, and they said we needed to call them with any questions. We didn't have any questions. We were waiting for the product registration so we could be assured our new HVAC is under the promised 10-year warranty. This needs to be emailed to us and cannot be accomplished over the phone. To this day, Elite Heating & Air Conditioning has refused to send any documentation of our "new" HVAC unit. We have no model number, serial number, proof of product registration, or warranty.We were without AC for over 6 weeks during the summer, which prevented us from listing the home for sale or from being able to rent it. Either way, Elite has cost us a lot of money and grief.
