We have been Elite Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning customers since 2008. Over the years they have performed preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and full system replacement on our heat and air system. They also did a water heater replacement for us in the past year. The Elite staff is always prompt and courteous, and they always explain the problem as well as our repair/replace options in great detail. Joseph did a tremendous job. He fixed the original problem that the call was for and diagnosed a water pressure problem after I showed him the lack of water pressure in the guest bathroom. A replaced the pressure reducer valve that was the cause of the problem and took time to check the water in each of the bathrooms and, kitchen a d laundry room sinks. I would hired him again.

Outstanding service !!I called this company Monday night with no air conditioning in my house service tech told a compositor was bad and compressor was getting hot.I choose to replace both of the A/C units on my house.Tech told me both units would arrive Tuesday between 2 and 4 pmI got a call Tuesday at 1pm starting tech are on site and ready to install brand new A/C units.Being from Las Vegas I would recommend this company quality TRAIN ac units where installed best of the best.

I spoke to the technician from my car.zhe was at the home. And my tenant let him ib. He quickly looked at the unit outside. And very rapidly explained the real guts of the problem as he saw it,(as it turns out he was not rightt,but not entirely wrong) when I asked him to explain whether the new thermostat was helping he said the problem had nothing to do with the thermastat(he was right) he then told me something I already knew and had known for 12months. The upstairs unit needed replacing.I raised my voice reminding him I had called his company regarding the downstairs unit that usually worked fingers and had ceased workingb3 9r 4 days earlier.zhe said it is because you need an upstairs new init. I asked him,annoyed why my downstairs had worked OK for 13 months that the upstairsTairs had been out. It made little sense. He became rude. Angry and said he refused to help me further.zzHe stormed out in a huff. Next morning Air Done right sent a service tech whi immediately identified the RReal problem. Addressed it ans fixed it! NoFreon.The unit needed 11 tons of zFreon. And he left. After putting it in. And my downstairs has worked perfectly since. ZSo much for ELIte. By byvzREza
