My neighbor recommended Elite Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning and I could not be more grateful! This month’s water bill doubled and was attributed to the toilet tank’s flap running excessively. Elite Plumbing immediately booked my appointment for the next day. Leo Caldera, was prompt and courteous and immediately checked the water meter to insure there were no underground leaks. Fortunately there were none. Because I have a Kohler toilet the inside parts of the tank needed to be fully replaced. Leo contacted the office and the parts were ordered for next day service replacement. Installation was impeccable! Leo, is a Master Plumber! His years of experience and honesty is highly welcomed! Leo is polite, thorough and reliable! Leo additionally inspected my other bathrooms to insure plumbing was in good condition. Lastly, Leo flushed the water heater for 5 minutes - which ran clear! Rigo is very professional, immediately started by having to pull refrigerator out from wall. We cleaned up 8 years of dust, etc. and discovered a rust colored spot . He then checked out the valve coming out of the wall, and it was dry and working properly. At least I now know the refrigerator is the source of water leak. I had my first experience with Elite when they installed new furnace, air conditioner. Called them about this water leak based upon excellent prior experience, now recommend their plumbing technicians.

Elite plumbing, heating & air conditioning was an excellent choice for the company to estimate, communicate & install my new Trane heating & air unit. They arrived on time, removed old unit and installed new one in under 2 hours. They left everything clean and spotless. The installers were courteous, professional and quick, They even upgraded the stand that the unit sits on (roof installation) to deter birds from roosting under the unit. Service tech Alan Furukake was patient, knowledgeable & friendly. He did everything to ensure I got the best price & service. Their guarantee, is excellent and I will continue to use them and recommend them in the future.

I was somewhat nonplused to learn that the "maintenance package that I purchased last fall (HVAC check, replacement filters, and drain water heater) requires two separate appointments - one for HVAC and another for the plumber. Double the hassle!

I’m so grateful to have found the Elite Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing company from the home magazine. It was very over whelming to me because I don’t know much about what to expect, and what the problem I’m facing. I called the company today, 7/8 and Ms. Gabby answered the phone, very cordial, sweet and non threatening and she scheduled Vince Dizon to come to my house between 10-12 to do a diagnosis. Mr. Vince explained to me what the problem, I have two units and one of them is the culprit, 1994 unit and too old and it has to be replaced. Mr. Vince did a thorough diagnosis, explained it in details so I was convinced that this unit has to be replaced. He was very focused, explained it to me in a very detailed manner. I decided to have that old unit to be replaced and I was so impressed because Mr. Vince ordered the installation for the following day! I’m certain that Elite air conditioning will do a very, very good job installing my brand new unit! It’s worth changing an old unit for safety purposes, highly recommended. We have been using Elite, Plumbing and Heating for years to monitor both our heating and air conditioning units. They are always on time, also accommodating if necessary, courteous and efficient. We also purchased a new Trane air conditioning unit a few years ago and have been perfectly happy with the unit. Here is 2024 and just had spring maintenance, such nice and professional people. Just had a filter replaced in a water softener, had a hiccup with the part but they made good, I'm so grateful to this company had an emergency plumbing problem, big one and Shannon was out right away and got it resolved. I can always count on Elite. Today 9/10/24 Christian changed all my sensor batteries, no ladder for me, she is great. Today 7/15/25 another great visit from plumber Shannon at Elite. Checked everything to make sure all is sound.

The tech arrived on station on time, was very courteous, and did a careful job examining our AC unit, particularly the compressor. He had to remove the fuse box, which was probably installed when the phairoses were in power, and then left, after showing me the end product. Very professional. Thank you, Elite!

Called with a minor problem.got quick service,however the tech they sent over did not know what was wrong and quoted me 1500 to find out. I then asked for a senior tech who came and quoted me 3400 I declined, called another company they came out and replaced the thermostat 53.00 problem solved.BEWARE OF ElLiITE !!!!
