I needed a couple small plumbing jobs taken care of. I found an ad for Elite in a local magazine. I called and a real person answered the phone. I explained what I wanted done. The person I spoke with said he would have a plumber come to my house to provide an estimate for the job. Leo arrive in a timely fashion and gave me an estimate. The estimate was acceptable and Leo completed the jobs. Besides being very personable, Leo did a professional and efficient job. I recommend Elite for any plumbing project.

ok Nathan came because our air went out. Saw that a motor was bad. It was a little late in the day but said he could go across town and get the motor before they closed and come back and install. It was important as my wife was very sick and he didn't know that... Just wanted to help. So grateful. Such a good company that has employees like that. Feeling grateful.

Called at 8 am on Sat, had appt for same day between 9-12. Showed up at 8:45! Listened to my issue and got right to the inspection. Found the drain was clogged in my 20+ year old AC. He blew out the line and retested poring water into the drain. What I thought was going to cost a fortune was under $100. This company and Ruben the tech were fantastic. I will defiantly refer and use them again.

Elite Air is an excellent company to work with! This is the 2nd set of air conditioners and furnaces we’ve purchased from them. They always show up on the day I call with an a/c issue and promptly resolve the problem. This time I needed to replace an aged unit and they showed up the very next day and installed a new a/c and furnace in 2 1/2 hours! I always refer them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company!

I had called and made an appointment. Then I accidentally mis dialed later and called them back and I said “sorry,misdial” and hung up. They called me back and told me I was wasting their money because I called the number on their google ad and told me “if I didn’t understand that we aren’t living in the same world”… so I said this is so weird and wrong to put on the customer and asked to cancel my appointment. He was giddy to cancel. Not appropriate. Not kind.

Technician came out and stated the blower motor was out. $1400.00. The technician completed the work, but shortly after his departure, I noticed the system was NOT repaired. Technician came back to remediate the problem an hour later. The system was working at that point; however, stopped working within the next couple of hours. A different technician arrived and diagnosed the problem as “relay switch” and would let me know how much the following week. The next week I was informed an additional $175 to resolve the issue. I’m not an HVAC person, but this sounds slightly unethical at minimum. I called the office to let them know of my concerns. Never received a call back. This is the same company my HVAC system was purchased from. I do not recommend this company. Unethical practices and poor customer service.
