Could not have been any better!! On Sunday, I called Elite and Jesse Lyon came to see why our A/C wasn't working. He was so thorough explaining what we needed to do, We had a 22 year old system, so we knew we were on borrowed time. We decided on the full system (new A/C and heating systems) and Jesse told me that his techs would be there the following morning at 9AM. They were here at 8:30 and the work was completed 4 1/2 hours later. There were options on how to pay, financing or paying with a check. His techs were so respectful and didn't leave until they had cleaned up all the insulation and dust that had fallen down from the attic into the laundry room. If I could, I'd give more than a 5 star review because they all were just that good.

They showed up and repaired it on time! But way way overpriced! Took about 3 minutes to diagnose that the capacitor was out and replaced a $12 capacitor in about 8 minutes and was charged $450! But I gave him a 3.5 star because they did show up and did do the work and they did tell me the price before they put the capacitor in, I think where I messed up was telling them that we had a wedding the next day and didn't have any choice because we could not get a capacitor that fit it here soon enough! Probably would not use them again

Called with a minor problem.got quick service,however the tech they sent over did not know what was wrong and quoted me 1500 to find out. I then asked for a senior tech who came and quoted me 3400 I declined, called another company they came out and replaced the thermostat 53.00 problem solved.BEWARE OF ElLiITE !!!!
