I’ve been using Elite for years for my HVAC system, and this is the first time I’ve used them for plumbing. Shann was awesome! He replaced 4 toilets, made sure valves and all the parts were working (replaced a few that were failing), and found an unexpected leak under my kitchen sink while replacing the faucet and fixed it.
