I panicked Tuesday morning when I went into my kitchen and stepped into about an inch to an inch and a half of water. I had cleaned up some water Monday night. I knew there was some water under the dishwasher so planned to call to have it repaired. Called Elite instead and they had someone at my home within a half hour. He checked things out and asked permission cut a hole in some sheet rock. It was wet anyway. He found that someone had put temporary fittings inside the island and they had failed. He replaced them with the correct fittings and that stopped the water. Now it's JUST the cleanupI've always been happy with Elite and will always rely on them.

My a/c broke mid summer, not fun. I received several quotes. A couple of the companies said I should convert my system to a new type. Elite said keep as is, this is how we'll do it, order new inside unit from Texas, and the quote was reasonable. The financing was also reasonable through Wells Fargo and very easy to apply for which as a small business owner I needed.Their subcontractor Don from Western Design did a great job on the drywall repair and paint, plus paint matching, which was part of the deal since they had to cut away some drywall for a proper install. Shout out to Elite Plumbing and Don for a quick install and a cool house!

Absolutely top notch company. Had my AC ho down in the evening in a middle of summer Las Vegas. After calling them they were able to arrive within an a hour. They needed a part to fix it which they couldn’t get until the next day. They were able to do a temporary fix until morning so we can have comfortable night. Next day they arrived and fixed the AC with high quality.

Was able to get a tech out right away. They send you a link letting you know the technician is on the way along with their photo and eta. This is such a great idea for safety purposes. Richard my technician was helpful and gave me several options to resolve my problem. I was able to make an educated decision. Elite plumbing fixed my issue by the end of the day. My neighbor recommended Elite Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning and I could not be more grateful! This month’s water bill doubled and was attributed to the toilet tank’s flap running excessively. Elite Plumbing immediately booked my appointment for the next day. Leo Caldera, was prompt and courteous and immediately checked the water meter to insure there were no underground leaks. Fortunately there were none. Because I have a Kohler toilet the inside parts of the tank needed to be fully replaced. Leo contacted the office and the parts were ordered for next day service replacement. Installation was impeccable! Leo, is a Master Plumber! His years of experience and honesty is highly welcomed! Leo is polite, thorough and reliable! Leo additionally inspected my other bathrooms to insure plumbing was in good condition. Lastly, Leo flushed the water heater for 5 minutes - which ran clear! Rigo is very professional, immediately started by having to pull refrigerator out from wall. We cleaned up 8 years of dust, etc. and discovered a rust colored spot . He then checked out the valve coming out of the wall, and it was dry and working properly. At least I now know the refrigerator is the source of water leak. I had my first experience with Elite when they installed new furnace, air conditioner. Called them about this water leak based upon excellent prior experience, now recommend their plumbing technicians.

Elite Air called to sell me an A/C diagnostic. I asked them how much and was given a $39 diagnostic. I agreed to this amount and made an appointment. After the appointment, the technician had my wife sign a completion and didn’t explain anything. Additionally, I was never given the result of the diagnostic. Later, I was given an $80 bill…to which I was told because I had 2 A/C unit. This is the same tactic used on tourists in France/Italy. Will never use this company again.
