Anthony came out for a service call, my heat wasn’t working on one of my three units. Anthony was professional as always, he went into the attic and he did his check and he came back out and told me that he couldn’t find anything wrong, it was probably an anomaly. He gave me a few hints and went on his way. The service charge was only $39 which I thought was fantastic in today’s world. I’ve been using Elite for years for my HVAC system, and this is the first time I’ve used them for plumbing. Shann was awesome! He replaced 4 toilets, made sure valves and all the parts were working (replaced a few that were failing), and found an unexpected leak under my kitchen sink while replacing the faucet and fixed it. Shann and Elite will definitely be my first call for my future plumbing needs.

So it’s Christmas Day and our water heater busts. One call to Elite and both Jesus and Nick were here in one hour. They assessed the problem and immediately fixed everything. They replaced our water heater and made sure that everything was operating perfectly. This is our second year using Elite and they are amazing. This company needs to better train their techs. To quote a whole new AC unit after it being 6 years old is bad. Had two other AC companies come out and look at it and one even mentioned this company suggesting a new AC unit after 6 years is insulting. Will not be using this company going forward.

This is my personal experience and my opinion only with this firm.Your results may or may not differ.This firm came to my home 11/24/25 for preventative maintenance for my two HVAC split systems. The Sr. Service Technician, Vince Dizon, informed me that I have collapsing and deteriorating air ducts and this needs to be repaired/replaced ASAP! He provided a written estimate for repairs with a total price of $4,520.00! He wanted me to schedule it for the next day, not providing my time for another bid for the job! Really! Since that time, I've had two competitive "bids" to replace the duct system. I was told by BOTH licensed contractors that there is NO NEED TO REPLACE ANYTHING. One firm told me that he fixed a small leak in the system with a small piece of tape and there will be no charge for that. The other licensed contractor told me that no repairs are needed and nothing has collapsed!It it my personal opinion, that if I trusted Elite Plumbing and A/C represented by Vince Dizon, I would have been a victim of contractor fraud! Just my personal opinion based my my experience.I would never use, refer, recommend or allow anyone from this firm in my home again for any reason! I feel lucky that I was not defrauded out of $4,520.00! Don't allow yourself to be victimized!
