Elite installed new air for us a couple of years ago and we were very impressed at that time. At the one year anniversary, Alan came and did the complementary summer check up. All is well. I told him this unit actually makes the farthest room cool which the old unit never had. Alan was very friendly, polite, and fast. We look forward to seeing him again in the late fall!10/14/22 We love that Elite calls to set up routine checks twice a year. It’s so nice to not have to rely on our own memories! I had a great experience with Elite! Prompt, honest, and professional service are essentially guaranteed with these guys. I've known for a long time that I needed a new furnace and AC. I went through another company about four years ago. The other company quoted me at a price that I simply could not pay at the time and offered financing that would have drowned me. I finally called Elite last week, bracing myself for the sticker shock. Elite beat the other company's quote by about $2,000. When you take into account how much prices have gone up since 2021, the value is incredible. Their financing options are also fantastic, especially compared to today's rates. Alan really knows his stuff! He was able to explain the ins and outs of different HVAC products. He knew which systems would be a good fit for the size of my house and which systems would be excessive. The technicians showed up exactly when they were scheduled, and were finished when they said they would be. My new system is quiet, the thermostat intuitive, and I can't wait to see what this newfound efficiency will do to my power bill.

I contacted multiple plumbers for quotes, i liked this company (Shann was the guy). Can't say he gained my total trust, because I haven't hired him yet for anything beyond a water heater flush. Others were trying to charge $200-300 for the same service, he did it for $39. Most plumbers were outright scammers (like in many other industries), and i would not trust any single technician in general. I don't have experience to compare $39 service and $200 service, and I have no idea how this service is actually supposed to look like, as I heard many versions and they all say different things. Anyways, long story short, what he did worked for me, as I just wanted to see if my heater had bad water in it, and when he drained it, it was clear. That was satisfactory to me, also he shared some good helpful information that would have taken me precious time to research on my own. I appreciate his help, and kept his phone number. And i appreciated that he wasn't trying to seed fear by saying scary things and claiming everything could break if i did the flush and wasn't trying to convince me that my heater is falling apart, like other plumber did. Based on my honest experience, i think 5 stars are well deserved.

I called on a Saturday morning in the to schedule a quote at my house, the company sent someone over within 30 minutes. We scheduled to move forward with two brand new compressors for both A/C units. Same day job was scheduled and completed as promised. The absolute best service in the valley. The most amazing, clean, professional installation. We had a sudden supply line burst. It flooded the bedroom, the bathroom and the closet. We called Elite as soon as possible. They immediately sent Shaunn Flanigan out to fix it. He was able to fix it and then helped get ahold of a restoration company as we were having trouble getting ahold of our insurance agent. We would highly recommend Elite plumbing.

I panicked Tuesday morning when I went into my kitchen and stepped into about an inch to an inch and a half of water. I had cleaned up some water Monday night. I knew there was some water under the dishwasher so planned to call to have it repaired. Called Elite instead and they had someone at my home within a half hour. He checked things out and asked permission cut a hole in some sheet rock. It was wet anyway. He found that someone had put temporary fittings inside the island and they had failed. He replaced them with the correct fittings and that stopped the water. Now it's JUST the cleanupI've always been happy with Elite and will always rely on them.

My a/c broke mid summer, not fun. I received several quotes. A couple of the companies said I should convert my system to a new type. Elite said keep as is, this is how we'll do it, order new inside unit from Texas, and the quote was reasonable. The financing was also reasonable through Wells Fargo and very easy to apply for which as a small business owner I needed.Their subcontractor Don from Western Design did a great job on the drywall repair and paint, plus paint matching, which was part of the deal since they had to cut away some drywall for a proper install. Shout out to Elite Plumbing and Don for a quick install and a cool house!

Absolutely top notch company. Had my AC ho down in the evening in a middle of summer Las Vegas. After calling them they were able to arrive within an a hour. They needed a part to fix it which they couldn’t get until the next day. They were able to do a temporary fix until morning so we can have comfortable night. Next day they arrived and fixed the AC with high quality.

Richard my technician was helpful and gave me several options to resolve my problem. I was able to make an educated decision. Elite plumbing fixed my issue by the end of the day. Elite Air called to sell me an A/C diagnostic. I asked them how much and was given a $39 diagnostic. I agreed to this amount and made an appointment. After the appointment, the technician had my wife sign a completion and didn’t explain anything. Additionally, I was never given the result of the diagnostic. Later, I was given an $80 bill…to which I was told because I had 2 A/C unit. This is the same tactic used on tourists in France/Italy. Will never use this company again.
